1. Who we are and what this site is

This site, join.axelrod.coach (the “Site”), is the waitlist and blog for Axelrod, a trading journal and behavioural coaching product that is still being built. On the Site you can read articles, join the waitlist and subscribe to email updates. The Site is not the Axelrod product. It has no accounts, takes no payments and sells no subscriptions.

The Site is run by the founders of Axelrod (“we”, “us”) through LedgerLight Technologies LLP (incorporation in progress), a limited liability partnership being incorporated in India. Until incorporation is complete, these Terms are between you and the founders. When it completes, the partnership will take over the Site, and we will update this page to say so.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least 18. You agree not to scrape or copy the Site in bulk, use bots or scripts on its forms, submit an email address that is not yours, probe or disrupt its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. The waitlist and our emails

Joining the waitlist is a request to be told when early access opens. It is not a purchase or a reservation, and it does not promise you access, a launch date, a price or any particular feature. We may change or cancel the product at any time.

When you join, we email you a confirmation, and later a small number of updates about Axelrod and occasionally a free tool or resource. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy notice, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Not investment advice

Axelrod is a journaling and behavioural analytics product. Nothing on the Site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, a trading signal or a research report, and we are not acting as an investment adviser or research analyst. Where the Site discusses how traders behave, it describes patterns in past behaviour. It does not predict markets or tell you what to trade.

Trading leveraged products such as forex, futures and funded-account challenges carries a substantial risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Past patterns and past results do not guarantee future ones.

5. Illustrative content

Charts, figures and trader scenarios on the Site are illustrative and built from synthetic data, unless a page says it uses real data. They are not records of any real person’s trading, and no figure on the Site is a promise or forecast of results. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any prop firm or broker unless a page says so.

6. Our content

The articles, design, code and the Axelrod name and branding on the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may read the Site, link to it, and quote short extracts with credit and a link back. Please do not republish whole articles, or use the Axelrod name in a way that suggests we endorse you, without asking first.

7. Other people’s services

The Site runs on third-party hosting, database and email services, listed in the Privacy notice. The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

8. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that anything on it is complete or suitable for your needs.

9. Limit of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for trading losses, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim connected with the Site is limited to INR 5,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

We may change the Site and these Terms. The version on this page is the current one, with its effective date at the top. If a change is material, we will say so in the waitlist emails or on the Site. Using the Site after a change means you accept it.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Site, or leave the waitlist, at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email. We may remove you from the waitlist or block access if you misuse the Site or these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Before starting any proceeding, please write to us at the address in section 14 so we can try to settle it.

13. General

These Terms and the Privacy notice are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to the partnership named in section 1 once it is incorporated, or to a successor of the Axelrod business, and we will tell you on this page. You may not transfer yours.
